Inland Empire Personal Chef Lois Emery will share wonderful, easy recipes for Mother’s Day on The Wright Place TV Show. Chef Emery is a graduate of the Pasadena California School of Culinary Arts and completed her externship by working at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside. She completed the course at the United States Personal Chef Institute in Phoenix, AZ, in October of 2003, and started her own company called Rescue Chef. Emery is qualified in all types of cuisine, and excels at sauces, hearth breads, and plate decoration. “I wanted to start a little business for myself, and decided to go to the Personal Chef School as a way to climb the ladder faster and get ahead.” Says Lois Emery.
